If for any reason you no longer wish to keep the item(s), our return policy is as follows:
You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery for a full refund. Please send us an email and let us know which products you would you like to return with the following details in the email.

Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. Lamps must be returned with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials to be accepted. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return post 7 days from the delivery.
Orders must be returned to Dubai Office within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, include the tracking number in your item return email to: “CustomerService@kianafurniture.com” within 7 days of receiving your order.
***If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, you must notify us within 24 hours from delivery at email@example.com. After this period, we will not be liable to take any returns in case of a damaged product as it will be considered a damage free delivery by us. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted. ***
Please do not sign for any packages that are damaged or opened at the time of delivery. We would not be liable to accept goods which are damaged or sent in error unless you notify us pursuant to these terms and conditions.
Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the time frame within which the refund will be processed. A credit will be processed to your account/ credit card from our side within 10 to 45 business days.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment which was used at the time of purchase of the product online.

Please be informed that purchase of mirrors would not fall under the category of refunds as before delivery there will be an inspection of the item. Once you receive the mirror ordered by you, we advise you to first check the product before signing off the receiving, for a guaranteed okay product delivery or an instant return in case of any kind of damage in the product.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account. If you still do not see a refund in your account please contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them even if we have already processed your refund. If you have done all of that and you still do not see your refund, please feel free to contact us at CustomerService@kianafurniture.com
PROMOTION, SALE and GIFT CARDS
If an item is considered and posted under final sale, then we cannot take returns or exchanges of such items as these items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Promotional discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers and sale items.
Gift Cards & Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Cards & Vouchers can be used against full price items and sale items. However, in case a customer uses the Gift Cards & Vouchers for a sale item, then it will be a non-refundable and non-exchangeable purchase.
Gift Cards & Vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift Cards & Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
If a customer makes a return for a product, they have purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher in that case a new Gift Card or Voucher will be issued with the same amount.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours with a valid reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, in that case we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return and not yet shipped then you can cancel your order as per our policies above.
