The moment you complete your purchase, your order will be processed. We will send a confirmation to the email address you have provided while placing your order. Our representative will contact you to coordinate your delivery. We deliver to all areas across the United Arab Emirates. Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified time, once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and quality checks. Delivery will be made to the address provided.

DELIVERIES

Delivery will normally take 5 to 7 business days.

If an item that you order is out of stock, delivery may be delayed. In such cases, we will let you know about the expected delivery date. At that time, you can decide to cancel the order, or we can collaborate with you to pick another similar item.

Your order and payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

All packages that are delivered will require an acknowledgement signature from the customer.


OUR RETURN POLICY

You may return items, except for certain non-returnable categories as specified below, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

To request a return, please email sales@kianahomedecor.com

Your email must include the following information:

•             Your order number.

•             Name of the product(s), item number(s), and the quantity of items that you wish to return.

•             Reason for return.

We will respond with return instructions within 24 hours.

Returns will be accepted under the following terms and conditions:

•             Each item must be returned in its original packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition.

•             Lamps must be returned with their boxes, inserts and all packing materials.

•             You must ensure that your return request is sent within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns or refund requests beyond this time.

•             We recommend that you not sign for or accept any packages that are damaged or opened at the time of delivery. If you discover that the products are defective after opening the package, or that we have sent you incorrect goods or quantities, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery at sales@kianahomedecor.com After this period, we will consider the delivery correct and damage free at our end. Any items returned in a damaged condition without letting us know within 24 hours, will not be accepted.

•             If you are returning your order through a shipping carrier, you must send us the tracking number by email.

•             The returned items should be sent to our Dubai office, at the following address:

•             Customised orders

•             Gift Cards

•             Mirrors

**Please be informed that all mirrors are non-refundable items. ** In case you purchase a mirror, we advise you to carefully inspect it as soon as you receive it, before signing the delivery acknowledgement, as this is the only way we can guarantee a satisfactory product delivery or an instant return in case of any damage in transit.


REFUNDS

Once your returned package is received by us and inspected at our end, we will email you a confirmation; and inform you of the time period within which the refund will be processed. A credit will be processed to your bank account or credit card from our side, within 10 to 45 business days. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment that was used at the time of your online purchase.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please check your bank or credit card account only after the number of days that we specify in our email. In case of any doubt, kindly enquire with your bank to check whether the transaction has been updated by them. If you still do not see your refund, please contact us at sales@kianahomedecor.com


PROMOTION, SALE and GIFT CARDS

•             Items posted on sale will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

•             Promotional discount codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers, nor to buy sale items.

•             Gift cards and vouchers can be used against full price items as well as sale items. In case of sale items bought using gift cards or vouchers, all terms applicable to sale items will apply.

•             Gift cards and vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

•             Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable.

•             Gift cards and vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

•             If a customer returns a product that has been bought using a gift card or voucher, a new gift card or voucher will be issued for the refunded amount.


CANCELLATIONS

•             Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, after providing a valid reason for cancellation.

•             After 24 hours, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, if the items you ordered are eligible for return and have not yet been shipped, then you can cancel your order as per our policies above.
